Terms and Conditions for True North Revival Lifestyle Coaching and Consulting Services

1. Introduction

 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of lifestyle coaching and consulting services ("Services") offered by True North Revival, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") to you ("Client" or "you"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

2. Services and Commitment

 

2.1 Services Description: Our lifestyle coaching and consulting services aim to provide personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your goals, improve your well-being, and enhance your overall lifestyle.

 

2.2 Initial Commitment: Clients are required to commit to a minimum of three (3) months of continuous coaching services. This period allows us to work together effectively and facilitate meaningful progress. After the initial commitment, the engagement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party as per the provisions outlined in Section 4 (Termination).

 

2.3 Membership Billing: Membership fees will be billed on a monthly basis, commencing from the date of signup. The recurring billing will continue automatically unless the membership is canceled as per the provisions outlined in Section 4 (Termination).

 

3. Payments

 

3.1 Payment Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees for our Services on a monthly basis. These charges will occur automatically on the same date each month unless specified otherwise.

 

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept apple pay, credit cards, debit cards.

 

3.3 Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of our Services.

 

4. Termination

 

4.1 Cancellation by Client: If you wish to terminate the Services after the initial 3 month commitment period, you must notify us in writing at Mickeli@TrueNorthRevival.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

 

4.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to terminate the Services at any time for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misconduct, or non-payment.

4.3 Data Privacy and Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By engaging our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

 

4.4 Confidentiality Obligations: During the course of our coaching sessions and membership participation, you may have access to confidential information about other members. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and refrain from disclosing, sharing, or using such information for any purpose outside the scope of our Services. This obligation of confidentiality extends indefinitely beyond the termination of your membership.

 

4.5 Data Usage: We will use the information you provide strictly for the purposes of delivering our Services to you. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

5.1 Full Refund within 7 Days: If you change your mind and decide to cancel the Services within seven (7) days of signing up, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid, except for services already rendered during this period.

 

6. Confidentiality

 

6.1 Confidential Information: We respect the privacy of our clients and agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during coaching sessions, except where required by law.

 

7. Disclaimer

 

7.1 Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide valuable coaching and consulting, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The success of the coaching process depends on various factors, including the Client's commitment and effort.

 

7.2 Assumption of Risk: The Client acknowledges that lifestyle coaching involves inherent risks, and by engaging our Services, the Client assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with their actions and decisions.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

8.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of our Services remain our exclusive property.

 

9. Modifications

 

9.1 Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via the contact information provided by the Client.
